Jessica C. Stieber, JD, CLMP
Jessica became a partner of CCRJ in July of 2019. Prior to joining CCRJ, Jessica was a shareholder at a well-respected Denver law firm. She has experience counseling clients in risk management and pre-litigation disputes and has guided them through mediation, discovery, arbitration, and trial.
After graduating from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, where she earned a dual bachelor of arts degree with high honors in political science and history, and a master’s degree in public administration, Jessica attended the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, graduating in 2006. While at DU, she served on the Student Bar Association and earned various moot court awards. Prior to attending law school, Jessica worked in local and state government and as an advocate for non-profit organizations specializing in community leadership and domestic violence prevention and treatment.
Jessica is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Colorado and Wyoming. She is a member of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC) – a professional trade association of vetted and premier defense and corporate counsel and industry executives dedicated to leading the profession by advancing the principles of integrity, professionalism, fair civil justice, intellectual capital, and fostering the trust and value of fellowship and referrals. She has also received the Certified Litigation Management Professional accreditation from the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). Jessica is a former member of the Thompson G. Marsh Inn of Court and a former officer of its Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association, a former member of its Board of Directors, and the and the former Co-Chair of its Construction Law Committee. Jessica is also a member of the Wyoming Defense Lawyers Association.
