Rachael M. Wachs
Rachael Wachs is an associate attorney in our civil litigation and construction defect practice groups. She also intends to expand her practice to include family law issues with the growing number of family law matters CCRJ has been accepting over the past few years. During her legal career, Rachael has defended a variety of civil litigation issues, specializing in government entity defense. Rachael’s prior experience defending government entities provided her the opportunity to address a variety of issues ranging from civil rights violations to employment disputes and premises liability.
Rachael joined CCRJ in March of 2018. Prior to her position at CCRJ, Rachael worked extensively in the area of Government Entity Defense, defending many municipalities and their employees throughout the State of Colorado.
Rachael is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association, and the Colorado Women’s Bar Association.
Rachael is from Colorado and spends most of her time with her friends and family outside enjoying the amazing weather and landscape Colorado has to offer.
