COOMBE CURRY RICH & JARVIS
Family Law Group
At Coombe, Curry, Rich & Jarvis, we understand that the divorce process, whether initiated by one spouse or mutually agreed upon, can be emotional and stressful. We provide a full range of family law services, including divorce, child custody and support, LGBTQ family issues, cohabitation and prenuptial agreement drafting and review, domestic violence and post-decree litigation. CCRJ partner Jill Curry leads the Divorce Law group in supporting clients throughout the divorce process.
Family Law Services
CCRJ works closely with clients throughout the divorce proceedings, whether the divorce is contested, or is filed as a joint petition. Specifically, we provide guidance to our clients for the following:
- Divorce (Dissolution of Marriage)
- Dissolution of Civil Union
- Common Law Marriage Disputes
- Allocation of Parental Responsibilities (Child Custody)
- Domestic Abuse
- Restraining Orders
- Post-Decree Modifications and Disputes
- Contempt of Court
- Grandparent Visitation Rights
- Fathers’ Rights
- Pre- and Post-Nuptial Agreements
- Child Support
- Spousal Support/Maintenance (Alimony)
- Division of Property and Debt
- Attorney’s Fees
- Relocation with Children
Especially with joint petitions, parties often agree on most or all issues and rely on attorneys mainly to draft pleadings and agreements. However, when forceful action is needed, CCRJ will not hesitate to seek mediation, arbitration, or a court hearing on behalf of our clients. Call us today to learn more about our family law and divorce related legal services.
Budget Friendly Options
The process of ending a marriage, determining child custody and support, and dividing property can be stressful. Adding the expense of a divorce attorney can definitely escalate stress levels. CCRJ works to curb our clients’ financial burden by offering a team approach to all cases: Partner Jill Curry works with Associate Linda Moss and Paralegal Gracie Ortiz to ensure that clients are receiving the most competent representation at the lowest possible cost.
For individuals who wish to handle their own divorce proceedings, CCRJ offers unbundled services, including a free initial consultation with a Denver divorce attorney, and legal strategy meetings at reduced rates. Such arrangements allow clients to move ahead with their divorces with the confidence that they are following proper legal procedures and protecting the financial interests of their families – without incurring the costs associated with full-fledged legal representation.
